On this day, my plan was to be at this location for sunrise and then move on to another. As I watched the light move through the landscape and illuminate the lingering morning mist, I had an impression of the image I wanted to capture. I just had to wait until the light caught up with my mind's eye. Four hours after my arrival and two hours after my planned departure, I managed to create this image.
An diesem Tag war mein Plan, zum Sonnenaufgang an diesem Ort zu sein und dann zu einem anderen weiterzuziehen. Als ich beobachtete, wie sich das Licht durch die Landschaft bewegte und den leichten Morgennebel beleuchtete, hatte ich einen Eindruck von dem Bild, das ich einfangen wollte. Ich musste nur warten, bis das Licht mit meinem geistigen Auge übereinstimmte. Vier Stunden nach meiner Ankunft und zwei Stunden nach meiner geplanten Abreise gelang es mir, dieses Bild zu machen.
